PGVCL Recruitment 2022:
The company is incorporated on 15th September 2003 with a certificate of business w.e.f. 15th October 2003. Commercial operation of Company is started on 1st April 2005.
PGVCL is feeding electricity in 12 districts of Gujarat namely, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Porbandar, Bhuj, Bhavnagar, Surendranagar, Amreli, Botad, Morbi, Devbhumi Dwarka, and Gir Somnath. For better administration and consumers’ convenience, the administrative area of the Company is divided into 12 Circles and out of which 8 Circles are under the direct control of the Corporate Office and 4 Circles are under the Control of the Bhavnagar Zonal Office. Eligibility Criteria:
Interested Job Aspirants who are ready to apply for PGVCL Recruitment 2022 Notification must possess the below-given Eligibility Details.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should pass in 10th class in regular mode from a recognized board.
Technical Qualifications: Must have passed 2 years of a regular Wireman/ Electrician from a recognized Industrial Training Institute.
Selection Process:
Selection Process for Apprentice Lineman in various Circle Offices of PGVCL Recruitment 2022 should appear for the Physical Fitness Test (Pole Climbing Test).
- Candidates will have to complete this Physical Test in 30 seconds.
- The selection list of candidates who have successfully passed the physical fitness test will be prepared based on the percentage of total marks obtained in their ITI Examination.
- The dates for the pole climbing test are 27th, 28th, and 29th June 2022 according to the respective Districts.
- Timings are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. For more details, kindly check the official notification below.
Note: If more than one attempt is passed in any semester or year, the percentage will be considered as 35%.
Stipend:
Selected candidates will get paid as per the rules and regulations of the Government of PGVCL Recruitment 2022.
Age Limit:
Candidates’ age should be minimum of 18 years to a maximum differs from 30 to 40 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules of the Government of India for different groups and Categories.

- Caste Certificate
- All Certificates of Educational Qualification.
- Qualification ITI (Electrician Wireman) Mark sheet as well as a certificate.

- NCVT/ GCVT certificate.
- Certificate of Disability for Disabled candidates.
