- (i) Select Job માથી જાહેરાત પસંદ કરો.
- (ii) તમારી અરજીનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર (૮ આંકડાનો) અને જ્ન્મતારીખ નાખો.
- (iii) Ok બટન પર ક્લિક કરતાં પહેલા POPUP Blocker Off કરવું જરૂરી છે , જેથી Call Letter નવી Window માં ખુલશે.
- (iv) Printer Settings માં A4 Size પેજ સેટ કરવુ જેથી Call Letter ૨ પેજ માં આવે.
- (v) Call Letter ના પ્રથમ પેજ માં હાજરીપત્રક અને બીજા પેજમાં ઉમેદવાર માટેની સૂચનાઓ હશે.

- (i)ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટ કરતાં પહેલા Online Payment Instruction/HELP વાંચવી જરૂરી છે.

- (ii) Online Payment નો ઉપયોગ કરીને Fees ચુકવ્યા બાદ ઓનલાઇન ઇ-રિસીપ્ટ (E-Receipt) મળવાથી આપનું ચૂકણવું (Payment) અને અરજી માન્ય ગણાશે. નવું TRANSACTION કરતાં પહેલા Online Payment Receipt ના ઓપ્શન માં જઈને ઓનલાઇન પેમેન્ટની ઇ-રિસીપ્ટ ચેક કરી લેવી. કોઈ કારણસર તમારા બેન્ક અકાઉંટ માથી પૈસા ડેબિટ થયા બાદ ઇ-રિસીપ્ટ ના મળે તો ડેબિટ થયેલ પૈસાના REFUND માટે GPSC/બેન્ક નો સંપર્ક કરવો.

- (iii) Online Payment નો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે ઇન્ટરનેટ કનેક્ટીવીટી સારી(High) અને સદંતર(Continuous) હોવી જરૂરી છે.

- (iv) ચલણ પ્રિંટ કરતી વખતે Printer Settings માં A4 Size & Portrait Layout સેટ કરવુ
