Assistant General Manager (HR)	MBA with specialization in HR & Personnel Management.

Assistant Manager (Operations)	B.Sc (Agri) Three years experience is desirable in Seed production and marketing in a reputed institution.
Assistant Manager (Accounts and Administration)	Assistant Managers (Accounts): B.Com Degree with Five years experience in Accounts from a reputed Company. Preference to M.Com Graduate with Accountancy as a subject. Computer Knowledge with MS office and Tally of any other Accounting package
Assistant Manager (Accounts and Administration)	Assistant Managers (Administration): Degree with First Class Five years experience in Administration More preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Administration / MBA in Administration Computer Knowledge with MS office.
Seed Assistant	Degree in Science with Botany as one of the subjects OR Diploma in Agriculture For degree holders, two years experience from a reputed Seed Company. For diploma holders, four years experience from a reputed Seed Company. Computer knowledge with MS office.
Plant Operator	Diploma in Agriculture OR Mechanical Engineering. Three years experience in related field.
Senior Assistant	Degree in relevant field Experience in similar capacity for three years Preference will be given to B.Com Graduates with Accountancy as a subject. Computer knowledge with MS office and Tally or any other accounting package.
