AP Intermediate Academic Calendar The Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Board released the academic schedule for the Intermediate (1st & 2nd Year) academic year 2022–23 on Monday. The classes, which begin on July 1st, will get 220 days off out of a total of 295 days off, with 75 days designated as holidays. The academic year will end on April 21, 2023, while summer break for colleges will begin the following day and last until May 31st. In the month of May 2023, extra exams will be held. Board Secretary MV Seshagiri Babu explained that admissions should be conducted strictly according to the schedule set forth by the Intermediate Board.

AP Inter 2nd year Economics Textbook

The following instructions are to be followed by all Principals/Managements:

1. All Private Unaided Junior Colleges are notified that pursuant to the Annual Calendar for 2021-2022, the Junior Colleges will be closed for the summer vacation from April 24, 2022 (Sunday) to May 31, 2022. (Tuesday).
2. All Sundays, Second Saturdays, and public holidays proclaimed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall be observed as holidays in addition to the vacation.
3. Admissions will be made exclusively in accordance with the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education’s admission timetable.
4. No institution shall engage in excessive canvassing in order to push, persuade, or recruit students, resulting in unhealthy competition amongst colleges.
5. No advertising shall be done on hoardings, brochures, wall writings, electronic media, or print media, as this will lead to unhealthy competition between colleges.
6. All principals of unaided Junior Colleges are advised not to offer or promise any guarantee of performance or success in a public examination in advance as an inducement for admission, as this would be a violation of Rule 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractice & Unfair Means) Rules 1997, as issued in G.O.Ms.No.114, dated 13.05.1997. Any infraction that is discovered will be dealt with according to the law. The Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education has advised all managements of private unaided Jr. Colleges that if any deviation is discovered, the Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Education will take action against the managements, including disaffiliation.
